Our service packages are suitably tailored to the different needs of our customers.
You would like to organize the transport yourself or have the maintenance of a used machine carried out by your own technicians?
From the low-cost Basic Package to the comprehensive Premium Package, you will always receive the right combination of services with an optimum cost-benefit ratio when you purchase a used machine.
Not all our machines are offered with all service packages. This can be seen in the individual offers.

¹ Dismantling of the machine in its as-is condition. No cleaning will be done.
² All transport locks and lifting equipment remain our property and will be returned to us by the buyer.

⁴ Paths must be level and free of objects. Cranes and forklifts will be provided by arrangement.
⁵ Should the commissioning exceed the specified duration for reasons beyond our control, the costs must be invoiced additionally according to corresponding assembly rates. These can be found below. Commissioning does not include repairs of the machine. The machine is purchased in the same condition as it was at the time of inspection. However, we are happy to offer appropriate repairs as required.
⁶ The preparation of a geometry protocol before dismantling is possible and can be offered separately. This serves as a basis for commissioning at your site. We are happy to offer you maintenance packages. The corresponding parts must be ordered by you from the manufacturer.

Service rates domestic: 75,- Euro per driving hour + 0,9 Euro per driven kilometer, 85,- Euro per working hour, 140,- Euro overnight flat rate.
